Service Description

Join FitMama creator, women's health author and fitness coach, Marie Behenna, in this two hour workshop which teaches you: * Smart fitness methods for your changing body and delicate hormones. * Nutrition to balance midlife hormones and mood. * Learn healing techniques to restore bladder control. * FitMama support links to take home with you to continue self care Whether you have had children or not, this workshop applies to any woman over 40 who is finding the next few years a daunting prospect. Your coach, as always, has been through the same journey and found the solutions that could make your journey smoother, less worrying and more informed. Wear comfortable clothes to exercise in. Trainers are not necessary, but clean flat soled trainers preferred if you don't want to be barefoot. Bring water, socks and a jumper for the end of the session in case you get chilly. Only 8 spaces available for this workshop. Parking is available in bays 1 to 5 at Studio 41, with overflow parking available at Basepoint Business Centre across the road. Cancellation Policy

Please check with your medical practitioner to ensure you are in the appropriate health to participate in this class designed for pregnant women to exercise, ease aches and pains and prepare for birth. If you are not sure, please contact Marie on 0775366843 via text or WhatsApp to discuss your situation. By signing up to this course you accept responsibility for your wellbeing, and agree to inform your instructor of any health conditions you may have that could affect your ability to enjoy the class. Your health is our priority, it is not safe to exercise when you are unwell. Please do not attend any class or one to one session if you are experiencing a virus of any kind, including colds, flu, stomach bugs or any contagious illness. We reserve the right to send you home if you arrive at class with any of these illnesses. If you are attending a class that welcomes your baby, and your baby is unwell, please do not bring sick babies to class. We have a 48 hour policy for D&V, that means you must have a minimum of 48 hours passed since your last episode. If you have D&V in your house, please do not attend class, even if you are so far uninfected. If you are at all unsure, please message Marie on 07753668843 to discuss.
